Our very own original creation.  This sweet pink fudge is made from the fruit of the Prickly Pear cactus grown in Arizona. The ruby-red ripe fruit of the cactus is harvested and made into candy bits and pieces, which are then folded into the luscious pink fudge (along with other secret ingredients). This cactus infused fudge will not leave any thorns behind, but will leave you longing for more of this delectable, unique confection.
